We talk the WrestleMania IV Tournament Bracket some what ifs and of course the alternate bracket that was initially announced. The Bulldogs take on Race and Hercules & some odd teams square off at MSG with Bundy and Reed battling Muraco & the Ultimate Warrior. The mailbag returns and we check in on how the Macho MANitoban is doing with his show prep.

WWF Feb 1988 - WWF Champion Ted DiBiase

It's a brief but glorious time, the day after the largest television audience took in "The Main Event" controversial new champion Ted DiBiase is in action. We take in an epic tag match from the Spectrum as WWF Champ DiBiase and Andre (pre-Mega Bucks) take on former champ Hulk Hogan and Bam Bam Bigelow. We track the early info for the upcoming WrestleMania IV card, the Bulldogs look for revenge against the Islanders, the Ultimate Warrior begins his ascent to the top of the card, and we even talk a bit about Hogan's Mystery belt along with Geoff's own belt acquisition. All on the road to get us to the March 1988 Saturday Night's Main Event and an infamous table spot.

From Fabulous To Midnight Part 2

The podcast is back after a long break. This episode is the follow up to our last show completing the look at the transition from the Fabulous Ones to the Midnight Express. From Fabulous to Midnight Part 1

After a long hiatus we are back with a 2-part side journey. Our Jim Crockett material was leading us to the debut of the new Midnight Express with Stan Lane replacing Dennis Condrey. In these next two episodes we take a peak at the creation and transition of two of the most famous tag teams of all time. The Fabulous Ones and the Midnight Express. Part 1 features a Stan Lane vs Steve Keirn match from Georgia, Lane and Eaton clash as the Fabs take on Bobby and Koko and we get a look at the Midnight Express as they cross paths with the likes of Magnum TA, Duggan and of course the infamous feud between the Fabs and the Road Warriors.

NWA JCP Feb-March 1987

The NWA is back on tap; the US Tag Titles are front and centre as a defence against the Midnight Express leads to an unexpected face turn. Things come to a head within the Four Horsemen as an outsider crosses the line. We follow Ric Flair to Japan and some of his matches from this period. The show is book ended with another US Tag Title defence. Geoff tells his story of meeting the Macho Man and the mailbag returns to draw our attention to the efforts to create a statue in his honour.
